The Ventana is made up of both a traditional and a loft building.
The traditional building has a total of 309 units,
giving residents their choice of floor
plan designs. It boasts of one, two and
three bedroom plans ranging from 735
sq. ft. to 1818 sq. ft.
This building, with its lavish residences will be available for
move-in the Fall of 2007.
The loft building is composed of 93 units allowing residents to choose from one and two bedroom floor plan designs. These range from 900 sq. ft. to 1500 sq. ft.
These residences will be available for move in March of 2007
